My visual design skills include:
Typography: 99% of the web is words and typography is the underlying system of rules that helps design a more effective communication layer.

Layout and Colour: It takes 50 milliseconds for users to form a first impression of your website or app and to decide whether they will stay or leave. UI design is a complex, definable and measurable aspect of design that should follow well defined design principles to be effective.

Branding: Where UI design is focused on a clean and legible visual experience, UI branding focuses on a set of graphics assets, interaction, and visual elements that together help form the emotional connect with the Brand.

My industrial design skills include:
New Product Development: Identifying white spaces for product differentiation and innovation through research, often designing first-of-their-kind products, prototyping and product engineering, packaging.
Product Innovation: I thrive in challenging projects and enjoy developing uniquely innovative solutions that often help my client partners leapfrog established constraints and any competition.
Solving big, thorny problems: I am most energized when working on big challenges that affect people and planet at fundamental levels. A number of my designs have received prestigious design awards, including this rocking stool for children with ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder).
My strategic design skills include:
Organizational Strategy and Operational Planning: I conceived and developed India’s policy for Design Innovation in 2012. The policy lays the foundation for the creation of a design ecosystem in the country through rethinking educational structures to integrate and expand the reach of design research and practice for society (as opposed to largely only serving industry).
Digital Strategy and Enablement: Digital Transformations can sometimes be incomplete without attending cultural change in the organization. I am well versed with training client teams in human-centered thinking and Agile processes, and enjoy the process of enabling thought process transformation (ways of working) at an individual level, as well as for the broader organization and its partner institutions - towards collaborative workflows.
Ecosystem Mapping & Analysis, Opportunity Mapping: Working with vague briefs to map and understand the opportunity ecosystem and distill a north star vision and redefine the project scope. I enjoy being a strategic though partner and advisor to my client partners, and helping define the next step in their evolution.
